# 历史

## 简介

在「历史」页面中，您可以查看历史对话记录，包括渠道名称、用户、设备信息、单号、对话时间、排队时间、回复时间、接待客服、对话标签、客户标签及对话备注等信息。

成员可以通过筛选条件快速查询指定对话，并查看用户的完整历史记录，也可依查询结果导出资料，方便后续整理、分析与存档，以便掌握客户需求与沟通内容。

## 筛选历史对话

您可以通过页面上方的搜索栏、时间筛选或高级筛选功能，快速找到需要查询的对话内容。

## 筛选历史对话列表项目

#### ① 客服类型

依照真人客服或机器人进行筛选，快速找到对应类型的对话记录。

#### ② 对话时长

依照对话持续时间进行筛选，快速找到符合条件的对话。

#### ③ 排队时长

依照用户等待成员接待的时间进行筛选，快速找到符合条件的对话。

#### ④ 首次回复时长

依照成员首次回复用户所花费的时间进行筛选，快速找到符合条件的对话。

#### ⑤ 最久回复时长

依照成员回复用户的最长间隔时间进行筛选，快速找到符合条件的对话。

## 历史页面对话记录查询

成员可以查看用户目前与过去的聊天记录。

进入「历史」页面后，系统会默认显示当天已结束的对话列表。点击对应的用户后，即可开启该则对话内容。

成员也可以查看该用户过去的所有聊天记录，实现信息同步，并查看客户从第一次咨询至最近一次咨询的完整对话内容。

## 客服工作台对话记录查询

成员可以查看目前接待中用户的历史对话记录。

当用户转由其他成员继续服务时，也能查看用户过去的聊天记录，以利掌握对话背景与处理进度。

在「对话」页面中，点击【对话记录】，即可查看用户上一则对话记录。

您也可以在右侧的「历史记录」模块中，查看该客户从第一次咨询至最近一次咨询的完整记录。

## 导出历史记录

用于将当前查询结果导出为 Excel 文件，方便后续整理、分析或存档。
