# 群发讯息

## 简介

「群发讯息」用于建立跨渠道讯息发送任务，并统一管理讯息内容、发送对象与发送时间，让您能够快速向指定客户发送通知、活动资讯或服务提醒。

目前支持以下第三方渠道：

* Telegram
* WhatsApp
* Facebook Messenger
* LINE 官方帐号

系统也支持设置发送排程、时区发送、发送成效追踪及任务复制功能，方便进行长期营运与管理。

## 操作说明

### 建立群发任务

#### **步骤一：进入群发讯息页面**

进入 **AICAN Pro 后台 > 设置 > 客户管理：群发讯息**。

#### **步骤二：新增群发计划**

点击【新增群发讯息】。

#### **步骤三：填写任务信息**

依序完成以下设置：

#### **新增群发讯息**

建议使用「活动名称＋日期」作为命名方式，以便后续查询与管理。

例如：

* 双十一活动－2026/08/01
* 会员回馈活动－2026/08/15

#### **选择发送对象**

支持选择：

* 单一用户
* 用户群组
* 多渠道发送

例如：

* Telegram＋WhatsApp
* Messenger＋LINE

#### **选择发送时间**

支持：

* 立即发送
* 指定时间发送
* 时区发送

#### **新增讯息内容**

支持：

* 文字
* 图片

系统支持使用动态参数。

编辑讯息内容时，点击右上角【<img src="/files/bUecvB7DZaPPLRTWSICC" alt="" data-size="line">】按钮，即可将参数插入讯息内容中：

发送讯息时，系统会自动带入对应的客户名称。

例如：

系统实际发送内容：

```
亲爱的王小明，感谢您参加本次活动！

#### 提醒

单次群发任务最多支持 **5 个对话气泡**，每个气泡皆可独立设置文字或图片内容。

建议完成设置后，先确认讯息顺序与显示内容，再执行发送任务。

### **时区发送**

群发功能支持依照不同国家或地区的时区发送讯息。

完成设置后，系统会依照目标地区的当地时间自动执行发送任务，协助您于适当时间联系不同地区的客户。

使用前，请确认：

* 客户所在时区设置正确。
* 发送时间符合渠道规范。
* WhatsApp 已准备可用的讯息模板。

### 成效统计

系统会自动记录以下数据：

* 计划发送人数
* 实际成功发送人数
* 已读率
* 发送记录明细

<mark style="color:red;">**使用群发讯息前，请先确认符合以下条件。**</mark>

#### 访客已主动发起对话

系统仅能向已经与您互动的访客发送讯息。

若访客尚未主动联系，则无法主动推送讯息。

#### 客户资料已建立完成

只有已经建立于「客户中心」中的客户资料，才能作为群发对象。

#### 渠道状态正常

进入 **AICAN Pro 后台 > 设置 > 渠道列表 > 第三方渠道**，确认对应渠道符合以下条件：

* 渠道已启用。
* 渠道状态为有效。

若渠道尚未启用，或授权状态失效，系统将无法发送讯息。

## 第三方平台限制

#### **Telegram**

* 无 24 小时回复限制。
* 支持双向即时沟通。

#### **WhatsApp**

* <mark style="color:red;">**具有 24 小时回复限制。**</mark>
* 超过时限后，必须使用官方审核通过的讯息模板。

#### **Facebook Messenger**

* <mark style="color:red;">**具有 24 小时回复限制。**</mark>
* 超过时间后，营销类讯息可能无法成功送达。

#### **LINE 官方帐号**

* 用户必须先加入官方帐号好友。
* 请留意官方讯息额度与方案限制。

#### 下一步

完成群发讯息设置后，即可前往「安全性页面（信任网站）」设置允许使用对话插件的网站网域。
